In addition to the iconic Little Crush trailer, we also offer a variety of stand-alone bar carts to fit your space and event needs. Confetti Crush provides everything you need for a seamless beverage experience — drinkware, mixers, garnishes, and professional service. (Please note: alcohol is supplied by the host; we professionally serve what you provide.)
We are a TABC-certified, fully insured dry-hire bartending service based in Lakeway, TX, proudly serving Austin, Texas, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to go above and beyond to ensure every client’s event is truly memorable, leaving a lasting impression on your special day.

Make your celebration unforgettable with our Little Crush mobile beverage trailer, a stylish stand-alone bar, or a vibrant pop-up tent setup — customized to fit your space and vibe. With two bartenders on hand, we will serve delicious, handcrafted drinks, such as fresh Lemonade, Matcha, Dirty Soda, Coffee, and more!
Our pricing is based on drinks served (by the glass) plus a delivery, setup, and breakdown fee for private events (minimum 100 drinks). Perfect for weddings, parties, festivals, and corporate events.

Perfect for Smaller Parties — Our "Delivery & Pour" Package
Hosting a smaller event? Our “Delivery & Pour” package is the ideal option for intimate gatherings, private parties, or office events. We handle everything — you simply provide the table, and we’ll deliver, set up, and pour your drinks fresh on-site before we head out.
Our pricing is based on drinks served (by the glass) plus a delivery, setup fee for private events (minimum 50 drinks).
“Pay by the Public”
Drink Stand for Large Events
Planning a festival, community gathering, corporate event, or holiday celebration? Our “Pay by the Public” beverage setup is a fun and refreshing way to delight your guests! We offer service using our Little Crush mobile trailer or pop-up tents, depending on your space and event needs.
Guests can enjoy 10–12 handcrafted lemonade, dirty soda, or specialty beverage flavors, made fresh and customized for your crowd. This package is ideal for high-traffic events with a minimum attendance of 1,500 people, ensuring everyone gets a memorable drink experience.

Our sweet "Miss Daisy" free standing mobile bar is the perfect standalone bar for lighter parties or as an extra add-on for large parties where more than one bar is required. It also is fantastic for indoor venues and for more intimate gatherings or for smaller groups.

Event Booking & Policies
⏰ 4-Hour Minimum on All Event Packages
All event packages require a minimum of four hours of service time.
📅 Advance Booking Required
Due to high demand, all mobile bar rentals must be booked at least 45 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
💰 Retainer Fee
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due prior to your event.
💵 Gratuities
A 10% gratuity will be added to your total and given directly to the bartender(s) working your event. A tip jar will also be available during service unless otherwise arranged.
If you prefer no tip jar, a flat 20% gratuity based on the total bartending bill will be added and distributed to the bartender(s) on duty.
